朱勋

      

 

朱勋,男,1985年11月出生,山东济宁人,博士,副研究员,主要研究方向:昆虫分子生物学。2016年中国农业科学院“青年英才计划D类人选”。
       2008年获黑龙江大学生物技术专业学士学位,2011年获黑龙江大学微生物学硕士学位,2014年获华中农业大学农药学博士学位。2014-2015年在中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所开展博士后研究工作。曾担任第26届北京博士后联谊会理事会秘书长,第11届中国农业科学院博士后联谊会理事会理事长。2016年7月以中国农业科学院“青年英才计划D类人选”进入中国农业科学院植物保护研究所工作,聘为副研究员。
       朱勋主要从事农业昆虫分子生物学相关研究工作。系统研究了小菜蛾对Bt Cry1Ac杀虫晶体蛋白的抗性机理,利用高世代回交法首次建立抗Cry1Ac近等基因系小菜蛾种群,为Bt抗性机理的研究提供了理想的实验材料;利用这些特异的实验材料,系统开展抗性遗传方式、抗性适合度以及交互抗性谱研究,和多组学联合分析研究,为昆虫Bt抗性分子机理的完整揭示,提供必要的数据支持。完成首个农业害虫的蛋白质基因组研究工作,研究成果以第一作者发表在蛋白质顶尖期刊Molecular &Cellular Proteomics(IF > 6.0)上。先后主持国家自然科学青年基金、中国博士后特别资助基金、中国博士后面上基金,共发表国内外期刊论文27篇,获得国家发明专利10项,在Molecular & Cellar Proteomics、PLoS Genetics、Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、Pest Management Science、、International Journal of Biological Sciences、PLoS ONE、Journal of Invertebrate Pathology、Gene、Journal of Economic Entomology等SCI源杂志上发表17篇文章。
