黄啟良

      

  黄啟良,男,博士,研究员,博士/硕士研究生导师。1968年9月出生,山东宁阳人。1991年获中国农业大学农药学学士学位并分配到中国农业科学院植物保护研究所工作至今,主要从事农药剂型加工原理与质量控制、高效对靶沉积机制与调控技术研究。现任中国农业科学院植物保护研究所农药剂型与分析创新研究组组长,农业农村部农药应用评价监督检验测试中心(北京)常务副主任、质量负责人。

  先后主持国家重点研发计划项目1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,参加973、863、公益性行业科研专项、科技支撑计划等项目20余项。获得国家科学技术进步二等奖(2016年,第五完成人;2008年,第五完成人)2项,农业农村部中华农业科技一等奖(2015年,第四完成人)1项、二等奖(2017年,第十二完成人)1项、优秀创新团队奖(2019年,第七完成人)1项,北京市科学技术二等奖(2014年,第二完成人)1项,中国农业科学院青年科技创新奖(2019年,第二完成人)1项,中国植物保护学会科学技术二等奖(2008年,第一完成人)1项。通过农业部科技成果鉴定11项,申请和获得国家发明专利10项。参编专著4部,发表研究论文100余篇。

  先后兼职全国农药登记评审委员会委员,全国农药标准化技术委员会委员,农药学学报常务编委,现代农药编委,中国农药工业协会理事等。
