刘新刚

      

  刘新刚,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。科技部创新人才推进计划“中青年科技创新领军人才”,中国农业科学院农科英才领军人才(C类)。十三五国家重点研发计划重点专项项目首席科学家。2000年6月获天津大学学士学位,2003年3月获天津大学硕士学位,2006年3月天津大学应用化学专业获博士学位。2006年4月入中国农业科学院植物保护研究所工作,主要从事农药残留化学分析、农药环境行为、农药污染防控等研究。主持国家重点研发计划专项1项,国家自然科学基金国际合作项目1项、面上项目2项、青年基金1项,北京市科技新星计划1项。作为骨干参与科技支撑项目、公益性行业科研专项、欧盟第七框架项目及行业标准制定等多个项目。在农药残留分析方法、农药环境行为、农药生物有效性及污染防控等方面取得重要进展。主持完成了80多种农药在作物和土壤中的安全评价研究。共发表SCI论文近180篇,第一作者或通讯作者52篇。参编著作5部。培养研究生10余名。2013年获广东省科学技术二等奖一项。2015年获中华农业科技奖一等奖一项。2014年获中国农业科学院“金龙鱼杰出青年奖”。2016年获中国农业科学院“十佳青年”。
