刘万学,1972年生,研究员,博士生导师,农业农村部外来入侵生物防控重点实验室主任,中国农业科学院植物保护研究所生物入侵研究创新中心主任,中澳外来生物入侵预防与控制联合中心(院级平台)主任,国家农业生物安全科学中心常务副主任,国际入侵生物学委员会委员,IPPE委员,国际植物保护学会(IAPPS)”会员;国家外来物种入侵防控专家委员会委员,农业农村部有害生物风险评估支撑专家,中国农业科学院科技发展战略研究工作专家组成员,所学术委员会委员,中国农业科学院院植物保护学科评议组专家成员;中国农业科学院研究生院入侵生物学学科点点长等。

1996年7月于湖南农业大学获农学学士学位,1999年7月和2002年7月于中国农业科学院研究生院获农学硕士和博士学位。2002年7月至2004年7月工作于中国农业科学院生物防治研究所,2004年7月至2006年3月工作于中国农业科学院农业环境与可持续发展研究所,2006年4月至今在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所工作。

主要从事农业重大外来生物入侵机理及生物生态控制的基础研究和应用技术研究。主持项目20余项,其中:国家重点研发计划项目2项、国家支撑计划课题1项、973计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目5项、北京市自然科学基金面上项目2项、其它省部级项目10余项;参加国家级(如:973课题、国家支撑计划课题、行业科技、国际合作等)及省部级项目30余项。已发表期刊论文220余篇,其中SCI源80余篇;参编生物入侵系列专著10部;制定行业标准2个;获得/申请国家专利30余项;获软件著作权近20项;获国家级和省部级成果奖4项。撰写系列生物入侵系列咨询建议报告,获国级和部级批示报告6份,牵头提出的《如何实现农业重大入侵生物前瞻性风险预警和实时控制》,入选 2020 年度中国科协十大工程技术难题;协助支撑农业部牵头的全国外来入侵物种普查工作,牵头制定《中国外来入侵物种名录》《国家重点管理外来入侵物种名录》《外来入侵物种普查工作方案》《外来入侵物种普查技术方案》等。
