郭建洋，男，1980年10月出生于山西大同。2004年获山西农业大学园林设计专业学士学位，2007年获山西农业大学森林保护专业硕士学位，2010年获浙江大学环境生物学专业博士学位，同年参加工作，2013年中国农业科学院植物保护研究所副研究员，2015年赴澳大利亚西澳大学访学。 郭建洋主要从事入侵昆虫入侵机理及防控技术研究，先后主持/参加国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、农业公益性行业科研专项等多项课题。阐明了植物双生病毒侵染宿主植物影响媒介昆虫烟粉虱生殖发育的分子机制。在Micron、Nature Communications、PLoS One等杂志发表SCI等期刊论文30余篇，授权国家发明专利7项。
