耿丽丽

耿丽丽,女,副研究员,硕士生导师。1983年2月出生,黑龙江五常人。2005年获东北农业大学理学学士学位,2008年获东北农业大学生物化学与分子生物学硕士学位,2011年获中国农业科学院农学博士学位。2011年8~2013年8月,在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所从事博士后研究,期间获得国家博士后科学基金面上项目及特别项目资助(第六批),并获中国农业科学院“优秀博士后称号”。

针对我国重要农林害虫,利用所在课题组的Bt菌株等资源,致力于“植物-害虫-根际微生物”互作研究,整合代谢组及转录组数据,阐明虫害诱导植物根际富集具有杀虫活性菌株的机制,为突破现有杀虫菌株筛选模式、建立新型高效杀虫菌株筛选体系奠定理论基础,以期充分挖掘植物根际微生物资源,加速具有我国自主知识产权Bt菌株的应用。在Plant Cell Physiology等国际学术期刊发表文章20余篇,相关研究成果获得国家发明专利授权30余项,其中5项专利权进行了转让。先后主持国家博士后科学基金面上项目和特别资助项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金和面上项目共四项,承担转基因生物新品种培育重大专项1项(任务负责人),参加国家自然科学基金海外及港澳学者合作研究项目、转基因重大专项、“十二五”农村领域国家科技计划课题、中国农业科学院科技创新工程项目和协同创新项目等。
