杨凤环

  杨凤环,女,1982年9月出生,河北雄县人,现任中国农业科学院植物保护研究所副研究员、硕士生导师。

2003年于河北农业大学大学毕业,2008年获河北农业大学森林保护学专业硕士学位,2012年获中国农业科学院植物病理学专业农学博士学位。2012年至2014年中国农业科学院植物保护研究所从事博士后研究工作,获中国农业科学院2014年度优秀博士后称号;20148月博士后出站在植物保护研究所植物与细菌互作课题组工作,2017年1月起任副研究员。

杨凤环主要从事细菌信号分子与毒性调控机理以及水稻微生物组方面的研究工作,其中以水稻白叶枯病菌为研究对象,对第二信使c-di-GMP信号的代谢、传递及毒性调控进行了一系列的研究,并取得了一定的进展。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、中国博士后科学基金特别资助及面上资助项目各一项,参加国家自然科学面上项目、国家重点研发计划等项目。在Molecular Plant Microbe InteractionsMolecular Plant PathologyEnvironmental MicrobiologyApplied and Environmental Microbiology Frontiers in Plant Science等国内外刊物发表研究论文10余篇。
