Research Area:

1. Biological control of plant soil borne diseases using beneficial bacteria, including collection and screening, evaluation of control efficacy and field application.
2. Development of bacterial biopesticides, including the fermentation, formulation and application techniques.
3. Biocontrol mechanism of Bacillus in vitro and in vivo, especially on its ecological activities interacting with vegetables, fungal pathogens and other microorganisms.
