Research Area:

His main interest relates to ecology of insect pests and their management strategy. During last decades, his work covers a wide area for biology and IPM/IRM of several important pests in cotton system, which includes: (1) migratory behavior of cotton bollworm, controlling strategy of insect pests in cotton field, the effects of growing Bt cotton on the evolution of the status of pests in the ecosystem of cotton fields, monitoring and risk evaluation of the resistance of target pests to Bt cotton, etc.
