杨晓伟,男,1985年4月生于新疆维吾尔自治区喀什市,籍贯陕西省宝鸡市。2007年毕业于西安交通大学生物工程专业,获学士学位;2013年在中国农业大学获得昆虫学博士学位。2014至2020年,先后在美国肯塔基大学和康奈尔大学从事博士后研究。2020年起,任职于中国农业科学院植物保护研究所。
主要从事转基因生物安全评价研究,重点关注生物育种作物靶标害虫抗性机制及对非靶标昆虫的潜在风险评估。同时,他还积极开展水稻害虫二化螟和褐飞虱的绿色防控研究。主持和参与国家重点研发计划及多项省部级科研项目,发表SCI论文20余篇,其中第一作者和通讯作者论文约10篇,申请国家发明专利1项。此外,任中国植物保护学会生物安全专业委员会秘书长。
