郑永权,农药学博士,二级研究员,博士生导师,国务院政府特殊津贴专家,全国农业科研杰出人才。现任中国农业科学院植物保护研究所副所长、中国农业科学院科技创新工程的“农药化学与应用技术”创新团队首席科学家、农业部作物有害生物综合治理重点实验室主任、农业部农产品质量安全生物性危害因子风险评估实验室主任、农业部农药应用评价监督检验测试中心主任、农业部转基因环境安全及植物抗性监督检验测试中心主任。兼任北京农药学会理事长、中国农药发展与应用协会副会长、中国植物保护学会常务理事;国际食品法典委员会(CAC)农业工作组专家、食品安全国家标准审评委员会委员、国家农药残留标准审评委员会委员、全国农药登记评审委员会委员、农业部农产品质量安全专家组专家、绿色食品专家咨询委员会委员、无公害农产品评审委员会委员等职。
长期从事农药科学使用、农药残留与环境安全性评价、农产品质量安全、农药污染生物修复等研究。主持公益性行业科研专项、国家自然科学基金、国家支撑计划、国家973、农业部财政专项及国际合作等课题20余项。获国家科技进步二等奖3项(其中第一完成人1项)和省部级科技进步奖10项。出版科技著作10部,在国内外学术期刊上发表研究论文280余篇,其中第一作者和通讯作者SCI论文120篇。制定并已被颁布国家农药残留限量标准113项。
