张   杰

      

张  杰,研究员,博士生导师,中国农业科学院植物保护研究所副所长。1987年、1990年在原北京农业大学植物生理生化专业分别获得理学学士、硕士学位。2000年毕业于中国农业科学院研究生院,获农学博士学位。2002-2003年美国Cornell大学从事博士后研究工作。先后兼任植物保护学会生物安全专业委员会副主任,中国生化与分子生物学学会农业分会常务理事,国际无脊椎动物病理学会细菌分会理事,《中国生物防治学报》主编,《植物保护学报》副主编,《微生物学报》等刊物编委。

一直从事Bt菌株、基因资源挖掘与应用、蛋白杀虫机制研究,先后主持承担973课题、863课题、转基因生物新品种培育重大专项、国家重点研发计划项目和国家自然科学基金等20余个项目;相关研究成果申请国家发明专利,已有38项获得授权,其中一项专利获第十八届中国专利优秀奖;在国内外重要期刊发表学术论文200余篇,其中SCI源论文90篇。曾获农业部中华农业科技奖—优秀创新团队奖、大北农科技成果奖,获得农业部“农业科研杰出人才”称号。

针对我国重要农业害虫,基于高效的新基因克隆及鉴定平台,获得了一系列针对鳞翅目、鞘翅目和刺吸式害虫高毒力的Bt新基因;构建了广杀虫谱、无芽胞、生物微胶囊等不同特性的工程菌株,获得了国际第一个鳞翅目、鞘翅目兼杀的Bt工程菌G033A,也是我国首个获得农药登记证的防治鞘翅目害虫的Bt菌株;先后与中科院遗传所、中国农大等7家科研单位及奥瑞金、中国种子集团、美国杜邦先锋等国内外公司合作,构建转基因抗虫作物,为我国Bt生物农药的应用及转基因抗虫作物的研发做出了应有的贡献。
