彭德良,男,1963年出生,湖南长沙人,博士,研究员,博士生导师。中国农业科学院“作物线虫与细菌病害监测与防控”创新团队资深首席科学家,“十四五”国家重点研发计划“作物重大线虫病灾变机制与可持续防控技术研究”项目首席,农业部公益性行业科研专项首席专家,国际线虫联合会执委(IFNS),农业农村部植物保护专家指导组成员,农业农村部第三、第四和第五届全国植物检疫性有害生物审定委员会委员,全国植物检疫标准化技术委员会农业植物检疫分技术委员会委员,中国植物病理学会第二届监事会副监事长,中国植物病理学会植物病原线虫专业委员会主任委员。

1984年获华中农学院(现华中农业大学)植物保护专业学士学位,1987年获中国农业科学院研究生院植物病理学硕士学位,1987年8月入职植保所从事线虫病害研究。2001年获中国农业大学植物病理学博士学位。1994年6月至1995年5月获英国Darwin Fellow 奖学金在CABI从事线虫生物多样性研究。

1987年以来,主要从事农作物重大病原线虫病害检测监测、分子诊断、线虫致病分子机制与寄主互作机制、灾变规律、作物资源抗线虫评价及抗性机制和植物线虫病害可持续防控技术等研究40余年,先后主持和参加 “十四五”国家重点研发计划 “作物重大线虫病灾变机制与可持续防控技术研究 2023YFD1400400”、公益性行业(农业)科研专项、科技部国际合作项目、“863”国际合作项目、国家自然科学基金及国家科技支撑计划、973计划课题等研究项目30余项。获得国家科技进步奖、中国农业科学院杰出科技创新奖、黑龙江省科技进步二等奖、新疆维吾尔自治区科技进步二等奖,中国植物保护学会科技进步一等奖等科技奖励8项。获得国家发明专利授权22件,制定农业行业标准4项,主编著作9部,参编著作11部,以第一和通讯作者在Molecular Plant Pathology、IJMS、Plant disease、Frontiers in Plant Science、Journal of Integrative Agriculture和Phytopathology等杂志发表研究论文80余篇。兼任《植物病理学报》《生物技术通报》 《植物检疫》《Phytopathology Research》《Journal of Integrated Agriculture 》和《Agriculture》等杂志编委。
