刘万学

      


刘万学,男,1972年12月出生,博士,研究员,博士生导师,湖南人。国家重点研发计划首席科学家,中国农业科学院“农科英才”领军人才。现任农业农村部外来入侵生物防控重点实验室主任,国家农业生物安全科学中心常务副主任,国家农业生物安全科学中心华东分中心主任,中国农业科学院植物保护研究所入侵生物预警与防控中心主任,中国农业科学院植物保护研究所农业入侵生物预防与监控创新团队首席科学家。生物多样性和生态系统服务政府间科学政策平台专家,农业农村部全国农业技术推广服务中心有害生物风险分析支撑专家。中国植物保护学会常务理事,中国农业生态环境保护协会理事,中国昆虫学会理事,北京昆虫学会理事。国际入侵生物学委员会委员,中国农业生态环境保护协会农业生物多样性保护专业委员会主任委员,中国农业生态环境保护协会团体标准委员会委员,农业农村部农业资源环境标准化技术委员会委员等。

主要从事农业重大外来入侵生物的风险评估、监测预警与防控研究,涵盖入侵机理、生物生态控制技术研发,以及相关的管理政策研究与咨询。主持国家重点研发计划(3项)、国家支撑计划课题、973计划课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目(5项)等国家/省部级科研项目近30项,在Global Change Biology、Microbiome、Ecology Letters等发表论文近400篇(其中SCI源200余篇);参编生物入侵系列专著11部;获批制定行业标准5个;获得/申请国家专利50余项;获软件著作权30余项;获国家级和省部级科技奖励5项;牵头撰写生物入侵相关的防控管理与咨询报告30余份,获国家级和省部级批示11份,入选中国科协十大工程技术难题1项;牵头技术支撑全国外来入侵物种普查,牵头制定《中国外来入侵物种名录》《国家重点管理外来入侵物种名录》《外来入侵物种普查工作方案》《外来入侵物种普查技术方案》等。
