吴蓓蕾,女,研究员,工作于中国农业科学院植物保护研究所木霉菌组,2003年和2007年分别获得中国农业科学院理学硕士学位和农学博士学位,西班牙植物细胞分子生物学研究所访问学者,主要从事木霉菌资源收集评价与进化研究、木霉菌-病原-植物之间的互作研究、木霉菌厚垣孢子发酵工艺和产品制备、木霉菌产厚垣孢子相关基因的挖掘与功能验证、生防木霉病毒的发掘和对宿主生防功能的影响、植物生防内生菌的发掘、生防成果转化等。主持国家自然基金、北京市自然基金、国家重点研发专项(子课题)、农业部转基因重大专项(子课题)、中德中心准备访问项目等10项;参加科技部973、863、农业部转基因重大专项、农业部科技支撑项目、国家自然基金重大课题、国家重点研发计划、科技部基础性资源调查专项、德国科技部的双边合作项目和科技部国际合作项目等12项。获奖5项、专利16件、发表论文30余篇(SCI 24篇)。与西班牙、德国、英国等国建立合作关系,涉及利用生防木霉菌开展植物病害防控等相关研究 。
