江幸福,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中共党员。国家绿肥产业技术体系虫害防控岗位科学家、病虫草害防控研究室主任,国家公益性行业(农业)科研专项首席专家,中国昆虫学会理事、农业昆虫专业委员会副主任,农业部农产品质量安全评审委员会委员,中国植物营养与肥料学会绿肥专业委员会委员。《Plant Protection News》编委、《应用昆虫学报》编委,农业农村部草地贪夜蛾防控专家组成员。现任中国农业科学院植物保护研究所迁飞害虫创新研究组组长。
1990-1994年于南京农业大学植物保护系获学士学位;1997-1999和2001-2004年,分别于中国农业科学院研究生院获硕士和博士学位。1994年到中国农业科学院植物保护研究所工作至今,长期从事农作物重大迁飞害虫(粘虫、草地螟、草地贪夜蛾和甜菜夜蛾等)迁飞行为规律与调控机制、迁飞致灾机理、预测预报以及综合防控技术研究。期间于2005-2006年在农业部种植业管理司借调,2007年到美国University of Missouri进修,2009-2010年到美国Iowa State University做访问学者。先后主持国家公益型行业科研专项、国家国际科技合作专项、国家重点研发计划专项(课题)共3项。国家自然科学基金7项,北京市自然科学基金2项。发表论文180多篇,SCI论文50多篇。主编专著3部。获农业部科技进步二等奖、北京市科技进步三等奖、中华农业科技进步三等奖共3项。获国家专利5项。
