刘万学,1972年生,研究员,博士生导师,中国农业科学院植物保护研究所生物入侵研究创新中心主任,农业农村部外来入侵生物防控重点实验室主任,中澳外来生物入侵预防与控制联合中心(院级平台)主任,国家农业生物安全科学中心常务副主任,国家农业生物安全科学中心华东分中心主任,国家十三五和十四五重点研发计划项目首席科学家,中国农科院生物入侵创新团队首席科学家、中国农业科学院“农科英才”领军人才。中国植物保护学会常务理事,植物保护学会生物入侵分会主任委员,中国农业生态环境保护协会理事,北京昆虫学会理事,国际入侵生物学委员会委员,IPPE委员;国家外来物种入侵防控专家委员会委员,农业农村部农业资源环境标准化技术委员会委员,农业农村部有害生物风险评估支撑专家,中国农业科学院科技发展战略研究工作专家组成员,所学术委员会委员,中国农业科学院植物保护学科评议组专家成员;中国农业科学院研究生院入侵生物学学科点点长等。
主要从事农业重大外来生物入侵机理及生物生态控制的基础研究和应用技术研究以及管理政策研究与咨询。主持重点重要项目20余项,其中:国家重点研发计划项目3项、国家支撑计划课题1项、973计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金面上项目5项、北京市自然科学基金面上项目2项、其它省部级项目10余项;参加国家级(如:973课题、国家支撑计划课题、行业科技、国际合作等)及省部级项目30余项。已发表期刊论文330余篇,其中SCI源120余篇;参编生物入侵系列专著11部;获批制定行业标准5个;获得/申请国家专利50余项;获软件著作权近30项;获国家级和省部级成果奖5项。撰写系列生物入侵咨询与建议报告,获国级和部级批示报告10余份,牵头提出的《如何实现农业重大入侵生物前瞻性风险预警和实时控制》,入选 2020 年度中国科协十大工程技术难题;协助支撑农业部牵头的全国外来入侵物种普查工作,牵头制定《中国外来入侵物种名录》《国家重点管理外来入侵物种名录》《外来入侵物种普查工作方案》《外来入侵物种普查技术方案》等。
