宋福平

宋福平,男黑龙江省哈尔滨人。现任中国农业科学院植物保护研究所研究员,博士生导师。入选科技部“创新人才推进计划”中青年科技创新领  军人才和国家高层次人才特殊支持计划。

1991年获得复旦大学学士学位,1998年和2001年先后获得东北农业大学硕士和博士学位。2001至2003年在中国农业科学院生物技术研究所开展博士后研究工作。2007年12月至2008年12月在法国国家农业科学院(INRAE开展博士后研究工作。2003年至今在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所工作。

长期从事杀虫微生物农药创制的应用基础研究。利用多组学、AI辅助和分子生物学等手段,以苏云金芽胞杆菌(Bt)为材料,开展重要功能基因的发掘和转录调控机制、代谢途径调控机制、发育与分化机制、新杀虫基因资源智能筛选和设计、新工业底盘的设计和构建等研究,进而创制新型、高效和长效微生物农药和新型工业生产细胞工厂。

先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、面上项目、重点项目、863计划项目、973计划子课题、国家转基因产业化专项和国家重点研发计划等多项课题。建立了Bt杀虫基因的鉴定体系,分离克隆多种新型杀虫基因;揭示了重要杀虫基因的转录调控机制和杀虫蛋白合成的代谢调控机制;鉴定了多种新型转录因子包括发现了母细胞裂解关键基因和决定芽胞和晶体细胞分化的重要转录因子CpcR和细胞死亡新调控途径中转录因子CdsR等;创建了多种高效表达蛋白的底盘菌株。

在国内外期刊上共发表论文100余篇,其中SCI论文60余篇,以第一作者或通讯作者在ISME J、Gut Microbes、Cell Death Discovery、FASEB J、等国际重要期刊上发表SCI论文40多篇,获得国家授权发明专利30多项。
