李珊珊,研究员,博士生导师。研究方向:微生物农用天然产物合成生物学。
2012年获天津大学生物化工专业工学博士学位。2013-2017年在中国科学院微生物研究所进行博士后研究。2017年至今在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所植物病虫害生物学国家重点实验室工作,入选青年英才计划D类。
李珊珊长期从事微生物天然产物农药的代谢机制及其工程化改造研究,聚焦链霉菌天然产物农药高产工程菌构建的“卡脖子”问题,从机制认识到应用开发,研究内容主要包含相互关联的两个部分:一、基于对调控机理的认识,开发工程菌改造必需的表达控制工具和高效菌株筛选方法;二、基于这些工具方法以及对链霉菌聚酮类天然产物农药生物合成关键代谢机制的全新认识,建立系列提高链霉菌天然产物农药产量的新策略。以具有价值的天然产物农药为研究出口,形成了“构建—测试—认识—设计”不断循环的天然产物农药合成生物学高效生物合成平台,为链霉菌天然产物农药高效工业化生产奠定重要基础。
李珊珊先后主持国家自然科学基金课题3项,研究成果以第一或通讯作者在Nature Biotechnology, Science Advances, Current Opinion in Biotechnology, Chemical communications, ACS Synthetic Biology, Microbial Cell Factories等期刊上发表SCI论文15篇,并有2篇研究论文被遴选为亮点文章。获得省部级自然发明一等奖1项。申请发明专利8项,其中授权4项。
