宁约瑟,男。河南洛阳人,研究员,博士生导师。国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金获得者,入选农业农村部“杰出青年农业科学家”和中国农科院“农科英才领军人才B类”。现任国家农业生物安全中心副主任、植保生物技术中心主任、作物病原生物功能基因组研究创新团队首席科学家。兼任中国植物病理学会副秘书长。
2005年获河南农业大学农学专业学士学位,2011年获湖南农业大学作物遗传育种专业博士学位,2006年-2010年在教育部博士生访学计划资助下在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所遗传学专业进行联合培养,2010年-2011年在美国俄亥俄州立大学植物病理系做访问博士研究生。2011年至今在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所植物病虫害综合治理全国重点实验室工作;2014年2月-2014年5月在美国俄亥俄州立大学植物病理系做访问学者。
主要从事水稻与稻瘟菌互作和水稻抗病性遗传学研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金和国家重点研发计划等国家级课题7项。系统解析稻瘟菌效应蛋白与水稻靶标蛋白的互作机制,创制植物中首个E3泛素连接酶鉴定体系,揭示水稻核心E3泛素连接酶介导的抗稻瘟病新机制,为创制稻瘟病综合防控策略奠定了重要基础。研究结果先后发表SCI收录论文70余篇,总被引频次3800余次,H指数34。以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在Developmental Cell、Genome Biology、Current Biology、Cell Reports和Science Bulletin等杂志发表高水平SCI论文35篇。其中2项研究被Faculty Opinions推荐为新发现,4项研究分别被Trends in Plant Science、Current Biology、Nature Food和Science Bulletin杂志专题评论。受邀在Annual Review of Plant Biology和Trends in Plant Science等杂志发表综述和评论文章。受邀在国际植物与微生物互作大会(IS-MPMI XVIII Congress)、第八届国际稻瘟病大会(The 8th International Rice Blast Conference)和国际动植物基因组大会(Plant & Animal Genome XXV Conference)等国际会议上做特邀报告。担任Journal of Integrative Plant Biology和BMC Plant Biology等SCI收录期刊编委。
