折冬梅，女，1970年8月出生，陕西米脂人，农药化学研究方向。副研究员，硕士生导师。

1992年获北京农业大学应用化学专业学士学位，1999年获中国农业大学农药学硕士学位，2010年年获中国农业大学理学博士学位。1999-2003年中国农业科学院原子能利用研究所研究实习员， 2003年至今，中国农业科学院植物保护研究所。

主要从事农药职业安全暴露评估、同位素标记及农药残留等研究工作。是国内最早从事农药职业暴露评估研究的科研人员；标记合成几十个农药及医药产品；先后主持国家支撑计划及公益性行业子课题十多项。负责起草国内职业暴露安全评估相关行业标准2项、申请发明专利20多谢项。以第一或通讯作者在SCI刊物发表论文20余篇。
