张燕宁，女，1979年2月出生，北京人，硕士，高级农艺师，硕士生导师。
2001年6月获中国农业大学农业昆虫专业农学学士学位，2017年1月获中国农业科学院植物保护研究所植物保护专业农业推广硕士学位。2001年7月-至今，在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所工作，主要从事农药生态毒理方面研究，兼管中国植物保护标本馆工作。
工作以来主持中国农业科学院植物保护研究所基本科研业务费专项资金项目3项，参加国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目、公益性行业（农业）科技专项、国家农产品质量安全风险评估、转基因生物新品种培养重大专项、国家科技基础条件平台工作重点项目、国家“十一五”科技攻关项目等十余个项目的研究工作；承担农药登记生态毒理试验项目千余项；获得中华农业科技奖科研成果一等奖1项，中国农业科学院成果转化优秀团队奖1项，发表学术论文80余篇，专利20余项，科学技术成果鉴定2项，参编著作2部。
