吴小虎，男，1986年出生，山东潍坊人，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。
2008年获山东农业大学植物保护专业学士学位，2014年获中国农业科学院农药学专业博士学位，同年进入中国农业科学院植物保护研究所农药研究室工作，2018年晋升为副研究员。
主要开展农药残留与农产品安全、农药影响土壤微生物多样性的研究，在农药残留检测、农药胁迫下土壤微生物的响应、土壤微生物多样性与农药降解关系等方面取得系列重要成果。主持国家自然科学基金1项、国家农产品质量安全风险评估项目3项、农业农村部标准制修订项目3项。近5年，以第一作者、通讯作者在Journal of Hazardous Materials、Environment International、Science of the Total Environment、Food Chemistry、Journal of Chromatography A、Journal of Separation Science等期刊发表SCI 论文20余篇，累计影响因子大于80；完成29项《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》（GB2763-2019）。
