陈淑宁，女，1989年5月出生，湖北武汉人。现任中国农业科学院植物保护研究所农药创新中心副研究员，硕士生导师，兼任农药发展与应用协会植物健康专业委员会办公室主任。

2011年获华中农业大学植物保护学学士学位，2017年获华中农业大学植物病理学博士学位，期间2014年9月-2016年9月，于美国克莱姆森大学攻读联合培养博士。2017年10月，于中国农业科学院植物保护研究所进行博士后研究，2020年12月博士后出站后，留所进行科研工作。

长期从事杀菌剂抗药性风险评估及抗性治理工作，围绕病原菌与杀菌剂互作的分子基础，作物病害安全高效控制技术等开展研究，旨在挖掘药物潜在的生物分子靶标，探索新型化合物的作用靶标，发掘可用于病原菌抗药性监测的分子靶标位点，并建立抗药性快速监测技术。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项、国家重点研发计划子课题三项、博士后面上基金1项。编写杀菌剂施用规程团体标准2项。发表论文30余篇，其中，以第一作者/通讯作者身份在《Molecular plant pathology》, 《Plant Disease》, 《Pest management science》, 《Phytopathology》等刊物发表一区SCI论文十余篇。现为《Plant Disease》《Pest management science》《Pesticide Biochemistry and Physiology》等SCI学术刊物受邀审稿人。
