
赵梦欣,女,山东潍坊人。2016年获清华大学工学博士学位。2013年9月-2014年9月在美国密歇根州立大学做访问学者。2018年5月至今在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所农业入侵生物预防与监控创新团队工作。
聚焦入侵植物与土壤微生物互作机制研究。利用宏基因组学、宏代谢组、高通量测序等技术,从微生态角度揭示豚草、刺萼龙葵、薇甘菊等重大入侵植物的入侵机制。相关成果以第一/通讯作者在The ISME Journal, Microbiome, Molecular Ecology等SCI期刊发表论文20余篇。主持国家重点研发计划项目及子课题、国家自然科学基金项目、GEF小额赠款项目等7项。先后担任美国微生物学会驻华青年大使、中国土壤学会青年工作委员会创新委员、中国植物保护学会生物入侵分会委员、iMeta和New Plant Protection等期刊青年编委。
