
杨晓伟,男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师,生于新疆维吾尔自治区喀什市,籍贯陕西省宝鸡市,任中国植物保护学会生物安全专业委员会秘书长。
2007年本科毕业于西安交通大学,获生物工程专业学士学位;2013年在中国农业大学硕博连读,获农业昆虫与害虫防治博士学位。2014至2020年,先后在美国肯塔基大学和康奈尔大学从事博士后研究。2020年到中国农业科学院植物保护研究所工作。主要从事转基因生物安全评价研究,重点关注生物育种作物靶标害虫抗性机制及对非靶标昆虫的潜在风险评估。同时,开展水稻害虫二化螟和褐飞虱的绿色防控研究。主持和参与国家重点研发计划及多项省部级科研项目,发表SCI论文30余篇,其中第一作者和通讯作者论文10余篇,申请和授权国家发明专利4项,软件著作权1项,参与制定国家标准1项。
