Research Projects:

1) dissecting the phytohormone signal network related to rice defense response against X. oryzae pv. oryzae.

2) constructing rice mutant population on a genome-wide scale by Cas9 nuclease.

3) unraveling the virulence functions of non-TAL effectors in X. oryzae pv. oryzae.

4) developing a high-efficient CRIPSR/Knock-in technology in rice.
